We are delighted you have expressed interest in our program! We accept those qualified students, regardless of race, color, religion, or national origin, who, in the opinion of the school, will have a successful experience in our program and will enhance the classes for which they are applicants. We seek to create classroom communities that are balanced by gender and age. Also taken into consideration is the family's commitment to the Montessori philosophy. Members of Galilee Church and siblings of currently enrolled students are given preference for admission. The application process begins by scheduling a guided tour of the classrooms. We encourage early applications, as there are a limited number of spaces in the program.
Enrollment for the upcoming school year begins in mid-March. Applications for enrollment mid-school year (January) are considered on a case-by-case basis and if space allows.
The following steps are required for the application process:
- Contact the school office to schedule a tour. We ask that children do not attend the initial visit to our facility. The tour will take prospective parents through all five classrooms to provide them with a glimpse of our everyday Montessori life and learning.
- Submit an application along with a non-refundable $50.00 application fee (cash/check are accepted). Both the Application and and payment may be hand delivered or mailed to the school office.
- For families with Kindergarten and Elementary aged children, after reviewing your application, the school office will contact you to schedule a time to meet. During this time, the Director will meet with prospective parents, while a teacher meets with your child to determine if Montessori will be a good fit for your child.
